Order processing may take up to 14 business days . Shipment 1 to 2 days when choosing express shipping  to get to its destination and we have no control as soon as it leaves our facility to the courier.

Shipping Disclaimer:

At 8 Cakes, we take great care in packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products and the possibility of extreme temperatures, we cannot guarantee the condition of chocolates once they leave our facility.

Warm Weather Advisory: During warmer months or to destinations with high temperatures, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to reduce transit time. We also include ice packs and insulation for temperature-sensitive orders, but please note that these measures may not fully prevent melting or damage.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside of our control (such as weather or customs). Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by loss, theft or prolonged exposure to heat or cold.

Restocking fee of 25% for cancelation orders before shipping. No refunds after it has been shipped .
